Essentially, pillows are supposed to be changed after every six months as this is crucial for a good night sleep. An itchy dirty pillow can likely deprive us of a peaceful long hours of sleep which our body requires to recharge and be prepared for the errands of the following day. So, you should remember to change your pillows at least twice a year so your priceless sleep will not be deprived all year round. Pillows can be bought but sleep cannot, so it is but wise to invest in this one.
