Poor Contour and Too Thin Foam

The pillow did not look the same as advertised. The foam is too thin and does not support well the neck, unfortunately. It was also noticed that the cooling layer detaches from the white layer which was unexpected. The therapeutic effect of getting a goodnight’s sleep was not realized at all.
